Haha yeah. I heard banobagi was good, but it's too expensive! Fresh seems more reasonable.
I keep hearing Fresh being mentioned in this forum as being good, but I havent seen actual reviews (?) Did you get a quote from them yet?

I'm very surprised you had that kind of response from Fresh. I consulted with them over KKT a few months ago and Soo, the person I talked to was one of best consultants I have ever talked to. She was very nice and told me I didn't need all these other procedures I wanted to get. She was also patient with me asking a billion questions. I'm a bit nervous now, perhaps they changed the consultant? They do, however, have great B/As

Picture on the left look exactly like my nose. Except mine has one nostril significantly bigger than the other.

 

I had a silicone implant and septal cartilage for the tip if i'm not wrong.

 

You might also want to look into the specific doctors - after all they're the one performing the surgery.

 

Hey guys, so I had a nose job 2 years ago and is really happy with the results. However, in certain angles, the nostril doesn't look even.
The implant also look obvious near the tip area. Is there a simple way to fix? Will I have to get a new implant?
