Shady or just aggressive marketing tactic?

I've been messaging several clinics on Kakao regarding revision DES. Planning to have it next Monday so I guess the consultants can sense it's quite urgent.
One of the clinics I'm talking to is quite well known and has all positive reviews here on Purseblog.
When I expressed interest in scheduling a consultation, the consultant immediately tried pushing me to book the surgery date by sending them a deposit, for which she promised a 10% discount.
She also asked me if they could use my B&A photos (full face, not just eyes only) for marketing in exchange for a 10-30% discount - which I thought was weird since their website already has 6 pages of B&A's for eye surgeries alone. And their website is one of those extremely messy ones, graphic-intensive ones with more than enough photos.
I enquired further about the B&A discount, and she tried pushing me to send a deposit in order to "secure the discount."

Funny thing is, none of the other 5 or so clinics I've messaged have been pushy about surgery deposits. And none have offered discounts for using B&A photos. I know that surgery deposits aren't a rarity, but at just how pushy this consultant was...is that a red flag?

My fear is that they recently got a bad rep on Korean forums (unbeknownst to the English speaking community here) and are trying to salvage their revenues by throwing discounts.

Any advice would be appreciated!

JW was also very pushy telling me I had to leave a deposit in order to secure a surgery slot. In the end they cancelled my consultation twice because I didnt want to leave a deposit. I would steer clear from this type of clinic. Could you PM the name of the clinic? thank you ! I wish you the best in finding the right clinic and more importantly the doctor!

I think one involves a laser and repositioning fat while the other involves repositioning and cutting out the excess undereye bags . The stitches for the latter procedure would be right underneath the lower lash line.
