  1. Nah. Despite this being a PS thread, i think it helps if there is another kind of "voice" to make people think if they really need to have plastic surgery.

There are successful cases as well as botched cases. Most people do not think that they will be that "unlucky". But once that happens, its devastating.

I rarely commented that i am against PS for the forumners here though. But TS is someone whom i feel that PS is unnecessary for her.

  2. A lot of things that we thought we needed it to be fixed are "needs". But to others, they are "wants".
Will not doing liposuction affect me? Of course not.
Will not doing the distribution of fats in the face affect you in terms of bodily functions? Of course not.
But if a person has "bite" problems, then yes, surgery will help to alleviate the problem.
I can see that you are young and you don't really need a plastic surgery. You will get even more depressed if your surgery is botched.
If my liposuction procedure is botched, thats ok because i can hide with clothes. But if your face is "botched", then it will be pretty depressing. You are already pretty. So, please think carefully.
If you really want to do something, you can try fractional laser for a start as it will help to plump up your face a bit. I did that and it works.
Next time when your friend commented that you look old, tell them that you are going to get a plastic surgery to fix it and see what they say. I would say most of them will disapprove of your decision.

  3. To me, i think you look great.
We are always our own worst critic.
Personally, i do not think you need any job done at all. If i were to find fault on my face, there will be tons of stuff for me to fix.
Maybe, we should start thinking and asking ourselves if plastic surgery a "want" or a "need"? I am still asking this question myself if i really need a liposuction. Hmm...

  4. Yup. Grand has a bad reputation due to a 19 years old girl who suffered from brain damage and later passed away.

  5. Yes. That is what i thought so too. I done some research and it seems that after the liposuction, one may need massages (e.g. RF) to loosen up the lumps and most likely, the clinic will provide them free-of-charge. So, this makes sense to me that i should do it in Singapore.

  6. I have been exercising (running, weights training) and manage to lose some weight with dieting but the tummy is still there.
I have emailed Dr Shens and Dr Colin Tham in Sg. Vaser liposuction costs S$7k and above.
I have texted PrettyBody and the price of 4 mil krw does not include 10% tax and the compression garments which costs another 150,000 krw. I have asked if they can offer a discount and they told me to go for a consultation and decide later.

  7. I contacted Pretty Body using Kakaotalk. I texted them in Korean and the person asked me if i am a Korean or Foreigner. I guess there must be a difference in the pricing. I had an urge to tell a white lie that i am a Korean to find out the price that Koreans pay. Oh well.

  8. Hi! You can consider those type of replacement meal for your nutritional needs during your surgery.
When i had my 3 wisdom teeth extraction, i drank Ensure Milk during that 2 weeks as i am unable to chew at all. Ensure Milk is available in my home country where it is also used for tube feeding. You can dissolve the milk powder using room temperature water. You can consider getting similar products to meet your daily nutritional needs during your surgery.

  9. Oh my!
    Thanks for your advice.
I will go and take a look at the traditional liposuction and compare between the 2.
