hard to get into contact with them though, i booked using myseoulsecret and when i got there they had no translators. the doctor speaks good english.

it was the most crowded clinic i went to and the staff were all very pretty and natural

Let’s just say the price I’m was quoted was 2x (3x compared to some clinics) more than other clinics. I’ve consulted with both large, small, foreigner oriented and Korean oriented clinics. The only one that triggered my *warning* sign was View and I’m saying this purely based on price quoted to me. I’m sure they could do a good job, but so could many other clinics. One of the clinics that I would say stood out to me (but be aware their English isn’t the best as most patients are Korean) was Kowon. I would say if you’re doing consultations try to include this one just for reference or even for surgery. Just my two cents.

In my case doctor Lee from The Face Denta suggest me do three surgery, include 2jaw surgery to my overbite. 2jaw surgery surely changes our face a lot, in my case doctor Lee send me pic he photoshop I can see my new face if I do it, I jump to ugly girl no one care to Kpop trainee but then I am broke at f and mentally I think I can not handle the pain after 2jaw surgery, so when I can do surgery in The Face Dental, I will just do sliding chin and angle reduction first, is not change my face dramatically but jump to 5 ponit to 7 point about look is ok to me haha. If you are online consulting with The Face Dental, let's share doctor of the Face you want so the doctor know your taste and he can reply if he can do it or not. Like in my case I really want to have face shape like Irene of Red Velvet, and doctor Lee said no haha doctor Lee style is very natural, oval style far shape haha but he said he can do very sharp face shape too, but it's not his Taste for sure.

i think that theres always going to be some people with an unfortunate negative experience compared to others for any clinic, but honestly I think that Migo, specifically the doctors... did a great job with me and their service to me has always made me feel so comfortable to be in a foreign country. Id say be aware of the reviews, but also go for yourself and see!

I had mine done at Braun -__________- the result was OK but still not what i want. I guess part of it is my fault for not specifying how i like it to be but the doctor basically said already what i wanted! which is more defined tip and smaller nose to match my face but the end result is basically just a more defined tip and my nostrils are still slightly crooked ... Maybe Braun does a good job and my nose is pretty hard for them to make it look nice since my first rhinoplasty the doctor did such a horrible job Q_Q...

Yup I previously discussed quite a bit about Braun PS back in the Plastic Surgery Clinics in Korea thread and even posted some B&A from their site. You need membership to view the B&A btw. Just use google translate and all you need is an email to sign up.

Your friend is right about Braun's reputation amongst the locals for nose. They're also quite known for eyes and jaw too. They're on my shortlist atm but I found out they're quite a large clinic and sometimes the doc doesn't have enough time for you so I'm still considering them

Edit: i also forgot to add. Braun has a large team of doctors and when i researched them there are some docs who do very fake noses (pointy, straight, obvious implant and all, every patient looks the same) while others (the head doc whose name i forgot lol) can achieve very natural noses tailored to each individual's needs. same goes for eyes. braun has some surgeons who are very skilled with natural looking parallel eyelids which is what i'm going for. so remember to choose your surgeon carefully!

just to put my reply to a PM here
The consultant had a business vibe and she insisted on 4.5 mil for my first nose job. It's subdermal fat removal for a sharper tip, 3.5 mm silicone for bridge, and rib + nose cartilage for tip support. (It's ~ 3-4 mil for locals. )
At first (~2 weeks) it was pretty dramatic and curvy and super pretty. Then after 6 months it looks more natural but it's still the biggest change to my face.
For nose I recommend staying at least 1 week to get your cast removed.
If you talk to Dr. Kim he can do many styles and make a nose suitable for you I wanted a dramatic nose but he eventually gave me a nose that suits my face.
Definitely consult many places. if you want more natural results I remember Garosu, Braun, and cocoline are good. Dr. Kim from Topclass speak good english and he was super down to earth so I chose him

As I remember it went pretty well. The Dr. was straightforward and seemed knowledgeable. I seriously considered going there, however he wanted to use a silicone implant and although I'm not against that, a couple other surgeons didn't feel I needed that. The pricing was good, too, although i don't recall exactly what it was now.

You are welcome. But as i always tell everyone you should visit as many clinics as you can and talk with drs about the procedures and the techniques in depth to see what can or can not be done according to them.

My visit in Daily clinic was the worst, went so fast.
I liked the dr in Jelwery but so many bad comments i didnt dare going or else my friends would have all said "i told you so"!!!

Item clinic has good results sometimes

Conopi, rococo, cocoline, Olive, Ruby, Cdu, Idea, Topclass, Gyalumhan, etc.
please go and check them all out . Go to korea as many times as you can so you don't rush for your nose revision okay? I saw very nice sharp noses while visiting clinics and they told me they went to non foreigners clinics ( you have to hold a license to have the right to operate on foreigners i was told)

However, I had very good experience with Dr Cho from secret clinic who did revision on my double eyelid for free. I had bad job done by Dr Baik from Oscar. He did it for free actually.

Then some friends went to swan clinic for their eyelid revisions and many other local clinics where you need to go with local.

I visited Braun with some other friends and all the girls who went there got pretty eyes done by Dr cho. But the consultants are nasty. I didn't like it there personally but Dr Kim for fc and Dr cho are truly nice and skilled too.

I want to give back by posting my experience (although it's in progress--I still have my cast on!). Part of the reason I found 101 and Dr. Paik was due to others on this board who were helpful enough to share their own experience. From there, I did my own research, and then consulted in-person in addition to having email consults/inquiries prior to that.

The email consults did give me helpful information and also provided a starting point depending on the response, but meeting the doctors in-person is more helpful of course--they can see and touch your nose and look into it as well.

I felt in my heart before leaving that I would go with Dr. Paik from 101 Plastic Surgery Clinic, but I had time before my appointment (appointments with him should be made ahead of time--he gets booked quickly) so I also visited other doctors/clinics while awaiting my appt. day and time with Dr. Paik.

So while waiting for my appt. with Dr. Paik I also visited:

GNG
Dream
MVP
VIP
Marble
Top Class
I think that's all of them!

At Trend I would have needed an interpreter, and I was unable to arrange it in time so I never visited there.
One agency (via email) said they felt they couldn't help me much, but I visited them anyway in person and was told they could help me. So, I advise you to visit all the clinics you are interested in in-person.

I was impressed to varying degrees with all the doctors at these clinics. I didn't dislike any of them and the decor of the clinic doesn't matter to me as long as it's clean and organized, which they all were.

I won't bore you with the details of each doctor's estimation of what my nose needed, since we are each individuals and our noses and tissues are all different in addition to what needs correcting. Re: pricing, at 101, no negotiating is necessary as they don't employ consultants--I only spoke with Dr. Paik and his sweet English interpreter. I have read from others that they give the same prices to foreigners as locals.

I was seeking was as much improvement as my nose would allow. I had a pretty messed-up nose. I've mentioned before, I had rib on my radix/bridge that looked bizarre and too high, very crooked nostril openings (I am tall so they may have been more obvious in my case perhaps), and other unattractive assymetries as well. I was in a head-on car crash decades ago, which started my rhinoplasty journey--it led from a formerly fine-looking nose, to a quite bizarre-looking one that bothered me-- but I tried not to think about it as much as possible, as life goes on--I had to work, finish school, raise my child, and other issues that took precedence over my nose....

Finally, I decided to try and get a normal-looking nose again for myself. The rib had been in there for many years....it was always crooked on one of the edges, and by now, every edge showed clearly, to my dismay.

im interested with topclass also. i have seen in real person a patient from there and the result is good! she did epi and lateral canthoplasty with rhinoplasty! it looks very barbie doll! she’s still young early 20s so it suits her.
