I didn’t go with him. Too pricey ($21K) and the more I looked at before/after the more I didn’t like his aesthetic for me. I felt it was toooooo point and sharp. I’m more on the conservative side. But he’s very skilled so he’d be good if that’s the look you like.

 

I think you're so pretty!! But if you wanted a more youthful face, I'd say fat grafting to the temple area and under eye fat repositioning. I've also seen some people have success with acculift around the jaw/chin for the lifted look. Fat grafting and under eye procedure is around 3M won ~ $2500 USD and acculift is about $1500-$2000.

I consulted with Uvom, View and Namu in Korea. Then I consulted with two doctors in Beverly Hills (SO EXPENSIVE). The LA doctors wanted to charge $4-4.5K just for fat repositioning . The korean clinics all quoted me around 2M-2.5M won for fat repositioning and 2M for full face fat grafting. I chose to go with Namu for my surgery since it's a popular clinic with mostly good reviews. Under eye and fat grafting is said to be pretty easy fixes with little error (from what I've researched) so I think you'd be safe picking a well known clinic.

 

Hi! I have the same issue was you. Discoloration plus hollowness that no amount of concealer will help I’ll be doing fat repositioning plus a bit of fat grafting to even it out in March. Will update how it goes. Good luck with yours!

From my experience, the consultant will evaluate what you want/need first and give you a generic ballpark quote. If you're a foreigner, they will quote high so when you go to f2f consult, you can bargain. There are only a few clinics I've come across where the actual doctor will respond to chats/email inquiries and you can request a video chat consult with smaller clinics.

 

Kakao is usually faster. Most of the clinics I've consulted with will respond within 24-48 hours.

Hi! Dr. Donald Yoo in Beverly Hills is probably one of the most well known for Asian rhinoplasty. I’ve gone to consult with him before. His consult fee is $250 and applies to your surgery.

Dr. Harrison Lee is also pretty well known since he did facial contouring and rhino for a YouTuber. You can see her results there.

I’ve been to Wave Plastic Surgery clinic in LA only for nonsurgical treatments but their waiting room is always busy with Asian patients in various states of recovery. They offer free consultation.

I kept my primary rhinoplasty from my mom and she noticed IMMEDIATELY that I had something done because I went from bulbous nose to rather pointy one. So in hindsight I think I should have just told her from the beginning so she could be there for support if anything were to happen. V-line might be easier to get away with since you can just say you've been losing weight

But yes, I also agree with Fortunatecat. There's a possibility that something might happen. It's major surgery so I would recommend at least having a sibling or friend for support.
