Do you have any other recommendations? I've also got Tieum Dr Kwon on my list, but thats all right now. And Tieum havnt replied to me yet. I think I might also contact Dream but I'm not sure which doctor there is good for DES.
I'm hoping for a natural look but not hooded.. is that even possible? HAHA

One year post op~
Didn't think my eyes could look more natural but they did the swelling went down ever so slightly and it looks like I was born with these eyes. With the swelling decreased they look a little less 'stitched up'

The dryness went away, I don't have any issues with dry eyes at all anymore, even if I don't sleep for 30-40 hours (college student life sigh)

When I close my eyes I still see a crease, but it looks far more natural than before. And if I pull my eyebrows up a little the crease does not show at all. So I think it's more of an issue with my excess eyelid skin. No scar at all.

My eyelashes look sooooo good. I tried tight lining and Jesus christ guys I had no idea how good eye makeup could look when you don't have ptosis.

Extremely happy with the results. No bad side effects, no complaints. Easiest recovery ever. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Seo again.

Yes this is exactly what happened to me too. I had some other things done to my eyes at the same time. All together, I had skin excision, ptosis, des and lateral canthoplasty. I asked for a parallel crease but he said the only way I could do that was with a lower crease. I ended up with a tapered crease anyway. I also ended up with hooded eyes. I 'm also not happy with the ptosis correction. My left eye opens a bit bigger and is noticeable esp when taking pictures. I'm not sure if I want to go back to Dr Seo to have this corrected bc the eye surgery was the most painful thing I ever endured. I started crying bc I couldn't handle the pain and I think that's what contributed to the uneveness. I'm considering going back to Dr Seo, but as you said, it might be worth it to have it done by him again. I'm looking to have a few things done with my eyes again anyway so idk if they'll charge only the anaesthesia fee. I actually want to have the des reversed if it's possible, as well as lower canthoplasty on one eye to correct some asymmetry and have the ptosis fixed. I think I might need some more skin removed too. I found a Dr in Kuala Lumpur that does some pretty nice work so I might look into having it done with her.

Hi susan87 I'm wondering if you can PM me your before and afters? I'm considering first time DES in March and Dr Seo is at the top of my list but what you and princessegg have been saying is concerning. I also dont want to end up to hooded eyes..since thats the reason why I want DES in the first place

Im based in Australia too and am considering first time DES in March with Dr Seo. Are you able to pm me your before and afters? Because I have the same issue of excess skin that I want to remove but now reading your experience I'm not sure if they'll be able to achieve this...

Hi guys!
I'm considering doing my first ever PS procedure hopefully in March this year. I want DES (not sure if I need epi etc) and I've been reading the threads and it seems MVP and Teium produce natural results?
I'm just wondering if theres any other recommendations for DES
Any advice is helpful! thanks guys!
