I can only dream of my results turning out this way once I go. I'm going to tlps in June. Very excited yet I have aaaa lot of worries because I will be doing a revision fc, chin, and power v because I have so much sagging from my last surgery. Would you mind sharing a before pic with me? I can also send you mine but they probably aren't relevant or useful for u since you already had your surgery. Thank you very much for letting us be a part of your experience, this really helps a lot because like many already said the b/a pics on the homepages might be photoshop'ed.

I have already made up my mind to 80% of which clinic im going to. I choose tlps based on reviews I read and already paid a 300 usd deposit so my surgery appointment will be on the next day after my consultation, which probably wasn't too smart. (I know this must sound very naive and desperate but I only have a little more then two weeks to recover and go back to work, and yes im a little desperate because I have been waiting for over a year to finally fix my face) nevertheless maybe you can still let me know if you visited tlps and why u personally didn't choose them for your surgery. thank u.

Cheekbones reduction

I know my thread might not new, but I want to ask for your experience. Especially those who had zygoma done.
Do you regret it?
Was that a tough recovery?
How do you rate your pain level?
I want to get zygoma done, but still hasn't had enough courage to do so, since It is a very invasive surgery I'm a bit scared.

If i was as you describe, i wouldn't have gone under surgery. with my wide and protruding cheeks, i was the subject of everyone's laugh. And when you take pictures, you only see my cheeks.
And i could never tie my hair up before and now i can do all this. I only regret not to have done it before.

Today, i have just noticed that i can't wear my sunglasses anymore. They are too big after face contouring surgery.

Moreover, My cheeks used to hold them on my face and now I'm so happy it is not the case anymore!

I can't wait for the swelling to be gone and the final results.

My friends look their best 6 months post-op so I have to be patient.

Do you experience any sagging after? I'm considering getting zygoma done too.

I cry every single day. I haven't dated, gone to a hair salon since my disfiguring surgery. A simple face lift won't even do anything. I had to go through bankruptcy as a result of this because I lost my job, I couldn't pay my bills and I had to consult several surgeons.

The good news is that my health insurance would cover 100% of corrective surgery to fix the malpositioned fractures. I would need hip bone grafts to close the huge gaps that that bastard created. This is a nightmare.

So, the other reason I wanted to stay in the US is because the insurance is going to pay. But, you people told me that in Korea they are experts, so, I contacted Korean clinics and they say they can do the operation, but they want lots of money. How do I know they are not lying and they are not as bad as my original surgeon? My original surgeon has a very famous clinic and yet every single craniofacial surgeon who has seen me is shocked. They say "why didn't even use plates?"Should I just kill myself? I know there are people with deformities, but, I am angry because I brought this on myself. Also, the problem with Korean clinics is that their pictures are fake, so, it's hard to gauge if one is really good or not. I am attaching again the cat scan image to remind people of what can go wrong. Look how huge the bone gaps are.

I'm sorry this happened to you, it makes me rethink hard about where I get it done or not.
Can you tell me.the name of the doctor that did you?
