honii Posted November 26, 2018 Share Posted November 26, 2018 I am looking to get both jaw reduction and facial lipo (especially chin), as I have a naturally wide jaw, and despite being a healthy weight and doing 6hrs a week exercise, I still have a small double chin and lots of face fat..even at my lowest weight, I had this, so I think I would benefit from both surgeries. My question is: should you get lipo before or after jaw reduction surgery ? Does it matter? I would prefer to get lipo before jaw reduction, but only if it will not have negative consequences after I do get jaw reduction.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
