I’ve read that there are lasers/injections which can improve scarring, perhaps your partner may want to see a qualified dermatologist to flatten and fade the scars? What Namu did in forging the document is truly despicable. Stay strong, both of you.

You can contact the Seoul Global Center (more info here: https://legal.seoul.go.kr/legal/english/front/page/contents.html?pAct=freeLegalConsultationService) for free legal help. They will give you guidance on what your next steps can be. I think they will probably refer you/help you make a complaint through the Korea Consumer Agency (한국소비자원) which means they are required to give you a response to your complaint... especially if they changed legal documents that would be a huge deal. I hope everything works out for you!
