bootyfulgirl Posted June 7, 2019 Author Posted June 7, 2019 There’s a clinic I want to go to that doesn’t have an English or Chinese translator.. ):
jess-cook Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 Most of clinics in Korea, they do have their own translator or staff who can speak English or chinese... What is the name of clinic you are going to?
bootyfulgirl Posted June 7, 2019 Author Posted June 7, 2019 Kodi PS and Miho PS I’m already in Korea and walked in to the clinic and they said they can’t help me because I need my own translator.
mazikeen Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 You could try calling the Korea Tourism Organisation & see if they can recommend one. You could also download the App Papago - just type in the question in English & the app translates into korean & vice versa.
bootyfulgirl Posted June 8, 2019 Author Posted June 8, 2019 I’ll try the tourism board ): I asked if I can use my translator app and they said no...I asked if my Korean friend can stay on the phone during my consultation and they also said no. Sigh...
mazikeen Posted June 8, 2019 Posted June 8, 2019 Run..... if the customer service is already this bad pre-surgery imagine how it will be post surgery? May I ask what procedures you are interested in? How did u come across these clinics?
mazikeen Posted June 8, 2019 Posted June 8, 2019 Found this site. Maybe u can also try them out.https://www.peopleperhour.com/hire-freelancers/korean+translator
ginochon Posted June 12, 2019 Posted June 12, 2019 I'm sure you could find a translator on Korean Craiglist
