Most of clinics in Korea, they do have their own translator or staff who can speak English or chinese...
What is the name of clinic you are going to?

Kodi PS and Miho PS

I’m already in Korea and walked in to the clinic and they said they can’t help me because I need my own translator.

You could try calling the Korea Tourism Organisation & see if they can recommend one. You could also download the App Papago - just type in the question in English & the app translates into korean & vice versa.

I’ll try the tourism board ): I asked if I can use my translator app and they said no...I asked if my Korean friend can stay on the phone during my consultation and they also said no. Sigh...
