Oardinary Posted December 20, 2019 Posted December 20, 2019 I’m planning to go around January - February for FC as well! One of the tips that I read that is useful is to bring a neck cushion/neck ring to prop yourself up to sleep at night. And to walk a lot to help reduce the swelling. Which clinic are you going to?
