Well even though their quotes are so high they are willing to negotiate. They agreed to do my rhinoplasty (hump removal, tip plasty and alar reduction) along with paranasal augmentation for 4.5 million. They wanna do a video of the process, per usual. So I got them down a few millions.

So that's why the prices are expensive, so they could be able to ask for reviews/videos/photos after, and have the surgery at their normal costs..
