Rhinoplasty at DA? BANOBAGI?

Recommended Posts

Hiya I'm just scraping rhinoplasty info in SK. I rekon that Covid is rampant in South Korea so I want to gather all the information bfr going there. (Not sure if it's okay to go there tho)
I've read some posts on purse forum and added DA, Banobagi, View on my list.

After seeing bfr and aftr photos on each website I like DA the most but ppl say the price of DA is bit higher than any other clinics.
And about Banobagi, I've read thread that there was sth bad happened there so I'm not sure if it's okay to trust them.
When it comes to View, the photos are okay but still I like DA most:L
Does anybody had rino at those clinics I mentioned?
Also please recommend me other clinics as well:smile:

DA had the highest prices and I contact almost all well-known PS’s in Seoul. Still not clear why View isn’t good enough, if pics look “okay” for you?
Banobagi is also in my list and I’m not going to cross it just because “someone” said “something bad happened there”, I mean it’s ridiculous. I can say the same exact thing about DA and with no clear evidence it’s just someone’s words, nothing else!
I want get primary augmentation rhino and so far, only few places provided with good price-quality ratio and DA is definitely not one of them!
View seems fine to me as well but their results look too similar and it’s not something what I’m looking for at all and that’s the main reason why I’m not planning to visit them.
The next PS that I’m really interested in is Regen. Their results look really good to me, the price I was quoted (including additional discounts) were pretty attractive. The surgeon they recommended was Dr Lee and on his RS profile he seems quite experienced.
So, I’d suggest you to reconsider your decision regarding Banobagi and perhaps also think about Regen. Good luck!

Yeah DA was the most expensive but that might mean that there surgeons have marvelous skill....?
I've nvr heard Regen. Are they also major ps clinic? And when it comes to View, their photos were not bad but didn't attract me enough to go there. I might should do online consultation first. Thx for your opinion

I think DA is the most suitable to you since you really like their results. I also did my rhino few years ago at DA and now it's really natural; my nose tip is smooth enough that I can move it. I know the price is always the matter but I reckon the price can guarantee the best result.

I got my rhinoplasty and alar reduction at Banobagi in 2018 and my facial feature is just getting better and better through out the years. I’ve recommended Banobagi again and again to friends and to members on this forum, The ones that actually went to Banobagi love their results. I feel like I’m the only one that keeps coming back to this forum to update and recommend them even after almost 2 years after my surgery hahaa. I suggest go with what you feel is right even after you read other places are better otherwise because at the end of the day, you’ll be the one looking at your face, not anyone else from here. And when you do go in for your surgery, try to always think of how YOU would look like with the nose you want, not a celebrity nose or how you can look like someone else afterwards. I think that’s what’s wrong with most people is that they imagine a totally different image of themselves after a procedure and when they heal and they don’t look like what they imagined, they say that clinic is not good or whatever. I recommend Banobagi since me and my friends went with them and we didn’t have any problem and we love how we look natural afterwards. They also give monthly discounts on their website, you just have to always check since it’s for different surgeries every month. Goodluck clinic shopping!

I did my rhino revision at DA! As you said the price was bit higher than any other clinics but it's really worth it.
Don't put top priority on price or you might get your nose botched by shadow doctors or clumsy surgeons.

Have you tried asking Hyundai Aesthetics? I heard they are popular with eyes, nose and lip surgeries. Maybe u can try consulting them? I like their results and I'm planning to go there too. I think their prices are reasonable too.
I have also read that DA prices are expensive... not sure if they are worth the price tag or not though. But I think its important to find a clinic that suits your taste because everyone has different preferences. That said, price is of course an important factor too!

Banobagi, View, and DA, none of them are famous for rhinoplasty in Korea.
DA is expensive probably because they advertise a lot on the subway and buses.

The general rule in Korea is small specialized clinics > large hospitals.
This is because highly skilled surgeons go independent by opening private clinics which also saves on advertisement fees because they are already famous. (e.g. one of the most famous private rhinoplasty clinics has a waiting list of 3 months for consultation). Translations service, however, may not always be the best in these small clinics. So, big hospitals aren't necessarily a bad choice. Especially if your procedure is pretty simple.

Funny you said that about big hospitals, because that’s literally the reason why I didn’t go with View or ID Hospital. It was either Banobagi or JK Plastic Surgery. I like the clinic and small business vibe but when it came down to it, the eyes and nose specialist happens to also be one of the owners of Banobagi, Dr. Lee. I also suggest to really look at B&A photos because all these clinics have different styles on plastic surgery. I like more natural, that’s why I chose them too. Originally had my eyes on Cinderella before but I’m really not into a dolly nose kind of look. Research is key and best of luck on choosing the right clinic for you! It’s so exciting!

  • 2 weeks later...
Something bad happened in Banobagi? I guess it happened on last January or February, but let me tell you guys that it was just a wrong information. Someone make up the story to bring his/her clinics look better.
I know because I live in Korea and help some foreigners to have plastic surgery here(not only in id, view, or banobagi, but also in many clinics in korea).
If you need help about plastic surgery, feel free to ask me^^

I prefer clinics that are not too small nor too big. Too small feels shady. Too big makes me feel that they are not as personlized. Banobagi's not bad but I felt that their noses all had the same style so I didn't go there. But if u like their style, why not? I had my nose done at Hyundai and am happy with my results. u might wanna check them out too.
