Dissolving fillers necessary before surgery?

Is dissolving fillers a must before facelift, fat graft, and/or genioplasty?

I got cheek and chin filler last month and were not impressed by the results, which led me to looking for a more permanent (surgical) solution. 

I’ve read on RealSelf facelift with fillers is possible but wondering if fillers will “diminish” the results of other procedures (ie: my chin will be under corrected because the fillers make it look more defined than it really is)

I got Voluma and the longevity is supposed to be 2 years. I was hoping to get surgery this year instead of having to wait that long or spending more money to dissolve it
