Is dissolving fillers a must before facelift, fat graft, and/or genioplasty? I got cheek and chin filler last month and were not impressed by the results, which led me to looking for a more permanent (surgical) solution. I’ve read on RealSelf facelift with fillers is possible but wondering if fillers will “diminish” the results of other procedures (ie: my chin will be under corrected because the fillers make it look more defined than it really is) I got Voluma and the longevity is supposed to be 2 years. I was hoping to get surgery this year instead of having to wait that long or spending more money to dissolve it

Hi I’m a mid-20s female. Never been to Korea before but have had double eyelid surgery in the US. My DES was botched, which led me to start researching about PS in Korea. I have bad epicanthoplasty scars and my priority is to fix those. I also want to address facial sagging due to poor bone structure. I have a recessed face and TMJ issues, so looking into double jaw surgery, genioplasty, and maybe fat grafting.
