Wide round bulbous nose?!

Hello, does anyone have any surgeon recommendations in Korea for wide, round, bulbous noses with thick skin? I know this is a more difficult surgery so I’ve been looking into 1st button and Noselab as they are rhinoplasty specialists but I don’t really see any noses in the before photos that look just like mine.

I’m not looking to change the shape drastically or try to get a pointy nose - just want a smaller, not-so-round nose! That’s why I don’t want to go to a surgeon who might attempt to go pointy and then fail (since this style is the opposite of my nose and would not fit my face anyway). Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Pointy noses are not a common feature or style in Korea. 

The image above is the most common style and sought after shape. Do you consider this point?

I know of one clinic that focuses on trends and styles in plastic surgery and that clinic is Pride Plastic Surgery, maybe check them out?
