quietpanda Posted April 23 Posted April 23 One of my eyes droops or sits lower on my face than the other. I am not sure why. I noticed this when I was younger but as I have gotten older, it is far more noticeable and it is very frustrating. I can use make-up to make it less noticeable but I want to find a fix for it. I will be in Korea for work in August for 6 weeks. I would love to be able to get something done whilst there. Anyone know what sort of surgery or correction I should look into for this? 1 Quote
lolabananas Posted April 24 Posted April 24 What part of your eye is dropping/sagging? You can look into both ptosis repair and upper blepharoplasty. These are usually the two surgeries used for such things. However, you may need a combination of different ones. Quote

You have time to recovery and then some. If I were you, I would get in touch with some doctors in the area you will be in and explain your issue and see what they offer in terms of solutions. Some doctors will offer different surgery options than others. 1 Quote
kpopkelly Posted April 28 Posted April 28 It depends on your age and how much work is needed. Sometimes, you can only do some improvement but not a complete fix. A doctor that is well experienced would be able to give you the best idea of what your options are. 1 Quote

I just hope they don't shove me around as I don't intend on getting work done locally. Quote
