when i did the 2 jaw at ID, i did revision V line along with sliding Genio. i think the sliding genio were part of the 2 jaw procedure cause they have to set back my lower jaw which would make my chin appear smaller if i they didn't advance my chin forward. the V line however were not part of the package, but all thing considered its still 3 different procedure. and if you think about the cost of just 2 jaw at 15 million, i got myself a bargain at 18.5 million for all 3 procedure.

i haven't seen your face so i can't tell you wheather all those procedure recommended by the other clinics is nessesary or not. my advice is to really take a close look at your face and ask your self what you don't like about it or what need to be change. once you determine what you need just stick with it, regardless what other clinic tell you. surgeon is out to make money from you. so the more procedure you opt to do with them, the more they earn. sad to say that they're looking out for their own need and not for yours. i make enough mistake in the past to share my experience with you. its important to differentiate your need from what you want. cause what you want may not be nessesasary what you need. consult not just clinics, but those closest to you like friends or family. share with them if you can what you wish to get done and seek for their honest opinion. just because you want something done doesn't mean it will look good on you. for me personally i do measurement and calculation base on the golden ratio. i take measurement of my favorite celebrities and match it against my own to see how close of a match i am to them. i even got myself a golden caliper for the purpose, the same devide which you see surgeon use to measure thier patient faces.
my suggestion to you right now is don't give into package deal and discount given by any particular clinic. seek out the best clinic for your purpose and arrange to have the surgery done seperately. my first mistake when i first had plastic surgery were doing 8 different procedures under the same clinic. and the only feature that are left from those original 8 procedures were zygoma reduction and a brow shave. and even now i am considering having a revision for my zygoma. its more tempting to have everything done under one roof. to save time and money. but trust me, your best bet if to diversified. thats one of the reason why i choose to do 2 jaw at ID as oppose to BK. i just feel that ID is more experience when it comes to 2 jaws.

there are 2 reason why i choose to do rhino after my 2 jaws. the first and foremost reason is that its less traumatic. if i had choose to do 2 jaw and rhino simultaneously, i will have a difficult time breathing. and ID really doesn't recommend both at the same time. plus... i wasn't sure at the time that ID were the best choice in term of doing rhino. but after spending 4 days recovering at ID hospital, i notice that a lot beautiul korean women were having facial contouring as well as rhino. i met a korean girl there who had her nose done at ID and it look terrific even though it was only a few days post op. at that point my confient in ID to do my revision nose surgery grew. like Bano, ID has specialist in every aspect of ther face. and if you check out ID website, you can see some example of patient who had their nose done there.

second reason like you said i want to wait until my swell is 100% gone. i want to see how my new face coincide with my exsisting nose. i think the last surgeon who did my nose did a pretty good job at it. so i want to make sure that before i change it that it match my new facial profile after my 2 jaw surgery. if it doesn't then i will opt for a change. if it does, then i'll save my self a few million won and get something else done

don't be reel in by those dramatic chnages that you see in other clinic website. you should instead focus on consistency. how consistent can they produce result like that you see on their website? if out of a hundred patients, only a few came out looking great then i wouldn't be too excited about it just yet. remember that not all clinic specialist in every part of the face. just like people assume that ID were good for just facial contouring and nothing else. i am more comfortable putting my money on a clinic that does 2 jaws surgery all the time rather than some time. some clinic will have a better influx of patient for a particular type of surgery. in ID its facial contouring, for BK in my opinion would be the eyelid. so one clinic can be good at one thing but don't expect them to be good at everything. i did consider BK and Bano for my 2 jaws but decided to go with ID instead. this time i will be doing the same thing for my revision nose surgery. visiting several clinic and seek their opinion before deciding on where i plan to get it done. i won't be influence by picture posted on their website. i prefer to meet the surgeon in person, have them evaluate my case and see how well they understand what is needed to be done.

Hi Shane,
Can you please help me out. I've got 2 different suggestions from clinics after posting my pics via online consultation. I'm so glad I saw your post. I got 2 recommendations, 2 jaws surgery plus orthodontics and lower jaw mandible surgery. The latter is definitely more affordable. I got more recommendations for 2 jaws surgery now but I was examining my teeth and I really don't think i got problems with my teeth and upper jaw. Maybe I am not a trained eye. Does it make sense for me to just decide to do lower jaw surgery? I was also hoping the clinic I want to do my surgery has 3d or 4d modelling so I can see what to expect from these surgeries. Please comment.

LOL!

I thought not touching my swollen nose is bad enough. I guess fat graft is more tedious than any other surgeries. 'Cos any pressure on the face might cause an undesirable depression.

Anyway, Im sure you like what u see in the mirror now. Although my nose is still stubbornly swollen, I definitely am happier to have a more define nose (although I dun like that my nose tip is not sharp enough).

Thank you for replying. Yeah this is something i want to know more on fat injection. I had mine done 2yrs ago with local surgeon in the undereye area. The reason why i injected the fat undereye becoz another surgeon had over remove my fat(eyebag). it become hollow and the whole face appear "souless" I am searching high and low on surgeon who is gd at fat grafting and at the same time who know the reverse way to rescue if injected fat turn lumpy... I read on this forum and notice alot of ppl doing fat injection on face. So I am very curious and want to find out from u guys if u happen to know any expert in this field good at reversing it. I have received a few reply from surgeons in korea either suggesting to operate via lower bleph to reposition it or try with fillers/artifical dermis to even it out. My main concern with lower bleph is becoz >>> the fat injected under the muscle and I worry to reposition the fat may damage my muscle beneath the eye which is above the cheek area. =( Do send me photo when u are ready =)

Dr park was very respectful, patient and detailed and not at all pushy. I did my surgery the following day. I had osteotomy to narrow by wide nasal bone, humpectory to remove a lump on my bridge, and septal cartilage on my tip and to raise it a bit. Today's my first full day post op and all's fine. I've got some bruises under my eyes but that's normal and I expected that. My nose itself is swollen and I've got a mould cast on it. Stitches and bandages come off this Wednesday, yay! So I've been doing lots of walking and icing on the nose and all seems to be fine

Hi hi girl, Yes I purposely went seoul for consultation last month, and with Emisa, shane (all here forumer togatherXDD, emisa did hers already guess you may already read her posts, she is doing well Last month I don have too much time staying seoul so cant do, this round I will go for two weeks and will staight away to do it. I have friend in seoul as well, if you want to go some more clinics for consultation I can help you to get a person at least can speak korean to accomany you! For me most likely I will straight away go ID to do it since I only have 2 weeks its alreday bit rush, I am gg to do Vline and Cheekbone reduction

I am feeling somewhat better - better than day 1 after post-op at least.
The procedures that I did was:
- Rib-graft Rhinoplasty
- Paranasal Augmentation

I have been lightly walking everyday and my swelling is going down, but the medications they have given me makes me tired.
Again, what procedures are you considering at VIP this time around?
Did you nose turn out okay or are you going in for a revision?

Hey guys I was about to go for Banobagi for Chin procedure then I read again somepart in this forum mentioned on chin sagging after the procedure.
I remember consulting on one of the korean clinic and the doctor mentioned how cheekbones procedure need constant lift/botox for it to stay tight etc.
And that in the long run it is the narrow face that actually make us look older.
I'm so confused now
What do you guys think? Is it true ? and if it is do you guys did neck lift etc sometime after the procedure?
