I have heard good reviews of them from this forum and I was very interested to visit them until I started exchanging emails with them. I would like to share the whole convo with everyone here. I have booked my flight but have yet to book any consultations. I am interested to get a revisional double eyelid surgery (along with ptosis correction, epi and lateral canthoplasty) and also a full face fat graft. I have attached my photos for references. I will definitely be doing my eyes and fat-grafting, However, I am actually also interested in facial contouring. However my zygoma and jaw is quite imbalanced therefore I am considering to get it done. Like you, I was very sure about getting my procedures done at TL PS, but now I'm at a total lost. I don't want to get a bad post-op care and service. Sent an email to THE LINE before but the consultant didn't want to offer any advice but said a face to face consultation is necessary, Sent another email last week to request for quotes, no reply. I'm a bit worried because I've also booked my flights end of July so want to confirm as many consults as possible. When are you going to Korea? Maybe we could meet up and go to appointments together if you are there at the same time as me. I have performed the following procedures: 1)pythosis & incisional eyelid 2)nose job 3)3d zygoma 4)fat grafting Basically i would say my experience with TLPS is really bad. Let me break down my comment in 2 portion.1st is the comment on their consultant. 1)After service is LIKE CRAP -Their consultant is super rough when they removed your stiches and clean your wound. I was crying in pain and yet they disregard me and continue without even being gentler. 2) Once you have put your signature on the paper , the consultant will disregard any of your complaints!! 3) When i was crying in pain, the consultant that attended me was busy pressing her HP replying her msges. I was with my fren in another clinic and i can say...this is not the level of service that i expected for the amount of money that i paid for!! 4) When u tell the doc and consultant that you are not satisfied wt your result they will say we can discuss on reconstruction and fees when u fully HEAL!!! 5) I told them that they are being irresponsible, as their motto on their website is DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!!then the fantastic reply from the consultant is you will get the same if you go to another clinic..(i still have her text messages in my mobile) Doctor and the results 1) No matter what you complain they will tell you it is OK. 2) I have doctor Hwang Yongseok to perform the eye and fat grafting. My eyes did not heal properly and the wound is so THICK. Now it looks as if i have a scaring on my eyes! I have informed the doc and yet they just disregard my complains. Frankly my eye shape is totally weird now. I requestedfor a big dolly eye.. n requested for a epi+ lateral. Dr Hwang insisted that i do not need which the outcome is not as per desired. 3) nOSE : I have previously have fillers injection 1 month b4 i made my trip to korea. I checked with Dr Choi whether i could perform the nose job or i shall wait for the nex trip. I would say they are not being professional enough. They insisted that it would be fine to perform now and he will try to remove the filler as much as he could. But it is coming to my 3 months now.. n i have a hump on my nose as my nose is nose bridge is shrinking and could no longer accommodate the size of the filler. If they have told me so i WOULD NOT BOTHER TO GO back to korea another round. Jus bcos they wanted business wverything they would claim it is fine. And i have requested for a reduction in my nose..but to my amazement my nose wing is still as huge and there is totally no changes to it, The tip is round rather that sharp. i wonder it is the korean prefered nose. 3)Zygoma - is also performed by Dr Choi. Initially b4 i performed the surgery, i asked do i need the surgery. he insisted yes and i asked about the downtime. He said none. Right after the surgery they will gif u a post care, basically your healing process will take 6 mths and u need to b on liquid diet for 2 mths!!! which i wasnt informed the 1st place. i will post my b4 pic... i then consulted with thedocs of other clinics and they say basically i do not even need a zygoma reduction. the fat grafting itself would help to correct your faceline. FYI my ori face shape is already very very small. Fat grafting - is done by Dr Hwang the eye doctor which really amaze me... i wonder y they assigned an eye doc for facial contouring..but according to the consultant it is a simple procedure which can b performed by and tom dick n harry... but this is never the case,,,as he is not an expert...i would say the FG did not improve any of my facial contouring!!!! The FG is said to b able to last for 5 yrs...but now i can say..i din even last me for 3 months.. it is totally gone! Overall experience is bad! anyone who knows how to translate this to mandarin please help me to do so. i have receipts... and pictures of myself if any1 needed it... do share so every1 makes a wise decision b4 they go for PS...summore i am not a local.. i am going back in July to complain them and to show them how bad is the result and what are they going to do about it!!!! When i asked the doc b4 the operation..he insisted it will not happen on me...but after the surgery i realise it somehow sag a little and i complained and asked what should i do now... the consultant reply.. you can consider botox and facelifting.. If I read it right, you are not happy with the result of any one of the 4 procedures you had with them?? That's just a shame after spending so much time, energy and money on it! I can feel your pain. I think you need to talk to them calmly, laying out your case as to why the result is unsatisfactory, and ask for revision. Did you ask about their revision policy before you sign up for the first surgery? if so, what did they say then? When you get back to them later, I think you need to prepare well beforehand, with before and after, including all the important communications you had with them. Let them know that you'll post all of the facts on all major forums/websites, English, Korean and Chinese if they don't help correcting the problems. Also, did you have a realistic expectations before surgery? did you communicate the exact result you want to the docs?
