She mentioned in her post that she doesn't receive PMs because she's new on here (just fyi).

Hi Jenebil, what is lateral hotz? I probably sound like a noob big time for asking that. I'm not too familiar with all the terms... just the basics that most are familiar with. I've thought about ID too at one point but I may go with a different clinic. If you don't mind sharing your post pictures as well, that would be great! I'm going to S. Korea this July.

When do you plan to go? Where are you from? I'll be heading there this summer.

I think after just a couple more posts I'd be allowed to PM you my after photos?

Also, no worries I only found out about lateral hotz 1 week before I got my DES done. Basically lateral canthoplasty just makes a cut on the outer corner but lateral hotz brings that corner of the eye down (or I guess you can pull it up if you really wanted to?). One of my eyes were reallyyyy slanted so lateral canthoplasty alone wouldn't resolve the slant! They call both procedures together "dual canthoplasty"

Is the BFG thread called fat graft- breast augmentation in the regular (non-asian) plastic surgery forums? For some reason that's the only one I can find.

Sorry I didn't make all my posts yet to be allowed PMs but soon!

7chanel7, I did saw that after posting. Thanks!

jenebil, yes that's the one, the thread for FG- Breast Augmentation, I hope you can share your experience on this procedure too. It's one of the things I wanted to get done and thus, still in the process of researching. Will appreciate your insight

Hi all,

Thank you so much for these helpful posts. I'm leaving for Korea in a few days. I have appointments with the following for revision facial contouring:

1) Face Line
2) Face Dental
3) TL Plastic Surgery Clinic
4) Girin
5) Everm (will try to do a walk in after reading Makeover's review)

I'm still undecided about Jewelry, The Line, or View Clinic. Since this is revision surgery, I really need a revision specialist in case of possible nerve damage.

I've been in touch with Wonjin but I'm really scared after reading the reviews about someone dying there.

Do any of you have experience with the clinics I mentioned? I'm leaning toward Face Line but I don't see any reviews on them. Any details or nuances with costs, bargaining, after care, etc. would be so helpful as I am going alone this time due to my husband's busy schedule.

ID also offered to do a revision for free "if needed after a face to face meeting with Dr. Park" but my husband said he doesn't have faith in them anymore and to go to any place I want no matter what the cost. I'm still meeting with Dr. Park anyways to see what he thinks.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Copenhagen,

Thank you. Yes I'm excited to visit Seoul again because it's a beautiful place and I luv shopping there.

I've been spending nights chatting with the consultants. I found out how to use Kakao by the way..lol. I feel like such an old lady not knowing about Kakao but after using my phone to call them and waiting forever on responses to my emails I finally just downloaded it haha.

September's not that far away. I got impatient and just decided to go. Good luck to you!

When do you reckon this will be over by? I want to go at some point this summer, maybe August or September. Don't want to book till the infection is contained though. I hope it doesn't affect Korea too badly, seems like a nasty virus
