(: if not, then what procedures did you get done? Are you completely satisfied with your nose and do you have any comments on it? Also, could you please pm me some pictures? I completely understand if not(: I have another question, is 17 too young for plastic surgery of the eyes/nose? (I'm asking for my cousin) What are your opinions on the perfect age for plastic surgery? I have heard the younger you are the better you heal, but how young is too young? Do clinics need a confirmation from parents of those under 18? Also, one of my older friends(45) that had incisional on her eye back in 2003 said that as she got older, the scar became more prominent since her skin aged and lost elasticity or something. Previously was really interested in teium as they are specialise in eyes but felt a bit faint when I came across hongkongphooey posted regarding the burn. before_after Posted July 7, 2014 Share Posted July 7, 2014 I have been searching on daum and naver through the term "methylbond" apparently that's what they call the material in korea and osteobond. I think that they only connect to the top of the implant between the eyebrows for a smooth transition, I haven't seen any rhino's using bone cement. I think it has to do with the material. Initially, the bone cement starts as a liquid then turns solid within a matter of minutes. I think it makes it a unpractical material to apply to the nose bridge because you cant really control the shape. Also, according to some blogs on naver bone cement forms little cracks after some time. This is why I am a bit worried of choosing bone cement for my forehead but silicone and fat are not ideal for me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Personally, I think it's better to do surgery earlier than later since, you'll be able to live with the new features for a longer period of time haha. But I don't know how early is too early. Also I had tiplasty done back in 2012 at JW. Now that all the swelling is gone and the final results have settled in, I can see I want a more defined tip and an alarplasty. kkim120 Posted July 7, 2014 Share Posted July 7, 2014 Really? I'm thinking of doing fat graft on my forehead if I can do it within my budget. Why are fat graft and silicone not ideal for you ? I know I don't want to do am implant because you will basically be scalping your face in order to insert an implant. That sounds way more terrifying than just injecting fat into your forehead.
