yky Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 Don't you need to hire a translator at Girin? Doesn't that increase the price we pay eventually or are we paying a small fee for Girin so send in a part time translator at the clinic?
hopefulbliss Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 They have an in house English consultant at Girin named Jefferson that you can email from their website
queenofreal Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 Just curious... but is it really less expensive to go to korea for ps, even with the flight tickets? And do you stay in the clinic to recover or do you fly right back out after?
odnok Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 I haven't heard of girin until I came to this thread. Can someone give me some tips on where I can find the reviews in girin? And is dr lee the nose specialist in girin? Thanks in advance!

rinda10 Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 From Naver cafe and some blog (기린성형외과 I had to use google translator to find information. Here is the review link - http://cafe.naver.com/feko/2671778
robinrenren Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 of course, seoul national univ. hospital: [email protected] Yonsei severance dental hospital : [email protected]
dayum Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 It is kind of understandable to be asked about your nationality in this case, but why is it that Korean plastic clinics/hospitals ask this question?
robinrenren Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 intern. patients pay higher fees than the locals ... that's the rule in Korea .. harsh but that's the truth!!!
dayum Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 True, but that can not be the only reason. If one were to be a Korean national the e-mail would be in Korean. I think non-universities hospitals could use it as some sort of ad: "We have helped more than # countries in their path of beauty with our high quality insertmorespeechhere." But university ones?
penguin23 Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 is there anyone going around january 10-28 that would like to meet up? I am going to get eyes, revision nose, and face fat graft. I went to JW last year for a nose and considering another place. not sure yet
pikapikachu Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 Hi people! Please be careful when it comes to selecting of clinics. The below article is about 3 women who had failure surgeries in Korea. One of them went to Samsung Line Plastic Surgery, the other believed that she went to JW plastic surgery (video showed they protested outside JW). And so far I know ID hospital is definitely blacklisted, please don't even take that risk. Just want to share with you all about the informations I heard of, hope it'll be helpful to some of you ^^http://hk.apple.nextmedia.com/realtime/china/20141112/53120374
jillyqueen Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 Thought JW was more reputable? Am surprised that JW's name appears here. Cause was considering Dr Man Koon Suh for nose..
