I have a quite large head, and I was wondering what is the appropriate approach. Obviously cutting bone seems way more daunting than liposuction on the face, which I believe is acculift. So those who done acculift, what is your experience like? Did it make it noticeably slimmer? And those who did zygomatic reduction, how was it like? Do you look totally different?
