I'm curious since it's been 2 years, how is the silicone implant going for you? I have heard it can change position and have been currently consulting to get my very wide/hump (ethnic Mexican) nose reduced without any implants, but worry if I will have the desired result. Would love to hear more about your experience and price if possible! I got quoted at 18,000,000 w for rib cartalige and refused to get that done too since it's way out of my budget.
