madambutterfly89 Posted July 3, 2019 Posted July 3, 2019 Hi shermaine, If a patient has Zygoma reduction that was overcorrected and need bone graft to elevate the bone back outward, can it’s be done through the mouth or would they need a coronal incision? Is it possible to do zygoma revision through the mouth and a transconjunctival incision?
