But if you are around 40~50 years old, you will have to cut the lower eyelids, remove saggy skin and reposition fats. By injecting dermal fillers on the hollow area can improve the condition temporarily, but it won't correct the fundamental problems. Having a face to face consultaion with eye specilists is the best.
