This is the funniest story on Real Self. This African American woman even lied to her mother who suspected she had something done but couldn't put her finger on it. She had fc and rhino but to be fair when her mother saw her she was still very swollen so I guess the final result would be more striking. She went to VIP and Dr Myung Lee operated on her.

LOL I used to do the same but that was decades ago and nowadays PS seems to be more accepted probably because social media is flooded with people talking about their sx and the influences of the Kardiashians etc. and even sites like PF helps to bring this taboo subject out into the open.

Well my mum doesn’t know about my surgeries either and I don’t plan to tell her about my future ones next year

Hi @daysuntilpretty, if traveling to Korea, it would be best to let your mum or someone close know this as a safety precaution. I always let my husband know and leave details even though he is totally against plastic surgery. The worst scenario is if there is an anaesthetic or major surgical complication. There are many cautionary tales on the net such as this one http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/china/2015-02/02/content_19466306.htm so it is best if you let family know just in case.
