Wondermuffin Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 I’m going to Korea next week. I am thinking of getting (1) hump reduction (2) osteotomy. How can I improve my nose? Silicon bridge? Tiplasty? I really don’t feel like putting silicon in my nose. Thanks.

foxgirl97 Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 Hi, From your frontal view, You have wide nasal bridge. -> Can make narrow using osteotomy as you said. Nasal tip plasty will make your tip more sharp. from your side view, You have small hump on nasal bridge. And tip also low. Yes. same procedure Osteotomy will correct your hump. and tip plasty will make your low tip higher. You don't need have Silicone for your nose. but if need to make ballance between tip and bridge, dermis will be a good material. I do not recommend Silicone. It is artificial material, it can cause nasal contracture in some day. especially your immune system is not good.
sweetgoguma Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 I think you've got a good foundation for your nose I'm no plastic surgeon, but I think hump removal is a good option for you and tip plasty to raise the tip up and narrow the tip. I think you don't need silicone if you don't want it. Your result will probably be quite natural without using anything like silicone or ear / rib cartilage
