Nasal tip plasty will make your tip more sharp. from your side view, You have small hump on nasal bridge. And tip also low. Yes. same procedure Osteotomy will correct your hump. and tip plasty will make your low tip higher. You don't need have Silicone for your nose. but if need to make ballance between tip and bridge, dermis will be a good material. I do not recommend Silicone. sweetgoguma Posted March 24, 2019 Share Posted March 24, 2019 I think you've got a good foundation for your nose I'm no plastic surgeon, but I think hump removal is a good option for you and tip plasty to raise the tip up and narrow the tip. I think you don't need silicone if you don't want it.
