walkge Posted October 1, 2018 Posted October 1, 2018 Hi there, I have read about "Fresh Plastic Surgery" and there are mixed reviews with some good and some bad. However I noticed that they do upper cheek lipo, unlike many other clinics who only do the chin, neck, and lower cheeks. Does anybody here have any experiences and recommendations for high quality facial lipo that includes upper cheeks? It's a little risky because of the nerves in the upper cheeks so I would only trust a reputable clinic to help me do this. Thankyou!
chinnie Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 I worked at a lipo clinic and although the surgeon has done buccal fat removal he absolutley would not go above the neck as 1. too many nerves and blood vessels 2,. fat layer is too thin, prone to dimple and have traumatic fat cell death as well as almost guarentee of facial sag, uneven face. I don't know a lot of newer techniques but would run from that
