I bumped into this video a while ago and I wonder if coolsculpting is really effective (because the result in the video looked pretty legit). I'm interested to do it for my lower belly and hip as I have an imbalance posture, my upper body parts (face, neck, arms) are slim meanwhile my belly and hips are fatty. Please kindly comment below if you have tried this procedure. And does it hurt or just cold?

It is not effective for me.
I did it twice on separate occassions.
It is a waste of money for me.
If you look at RealSelf, those ladies with positive results are usually the ones who done multiple times and following a strict diet after coolsculpting.

Thank you for replying. Yes, I heard that for maximum result diet and exercise are necessary. How about scaring and pain?

I have tried coolsculpting for my flanks. It's pretty helpful. Sore for a few days but I think It'd be more painful on bigger areas like abdomen. No permanent scar for me.

I did not experience any scarring or pain.
The first time i did, i only did on 1 area (lower tummy).
I did not see any effects.
The second time i did, i did on 2 areas (lower tummy). I did one after another to overlap the center tummy area.
However, i still did not see any effects.
My BMI was around 22 then. During that period, I exercised regularly and eat healthily but my fats won't budge.
Oh well...

Hi. I had it done and I've been trained how to use it. I've rarely seen significant improvement, especially for the cost.
