Personally, i think zygomatic reduction surgery is a major surgery. The zygomatic bone supports the floor of the orbital eye socket which holds the eyeball in position. If zygomatic reduction surgery is done wrongly, the eyeball may be affected and orbital cellulitis may occur, which can be sight or life threatening if not treated early.
