I had a few and they went very well. I had to wait awhile to speak with the doctor in a video chat though at one of the clinics. He was extremely busy and was only able to give me maybe 20 minutes of his time which is very understandable. At this clinic, there were two days a week where they didn't do surgeries and focused on consultations both in person and online. The in person ones from my understanding ran about 30 to 40 minutes and the online ones were 10 to 20 minutes.

I would imagine some do and some people allow for their work to be shown. They usually blur the faces out a bit so you only focus on the work that was done. It is the same for dentist work, they give consent and then the clinic will who their results to help other people see what is possible.
