Do NOT under any circumstances go to Charles Lee of Los Angeles. He is bad news. You will regret it for the rest of your life!!! Apart from KCouture having a bad experience there are other posts about him both here and on Real Self. He destroys eyes and noses. He is a clever marketer. NO WAY JOSE.
Kimberley Lee in my opinion is not up to par for Asian surgery. She talks about fc on her site but there are no b&a photos. Then she discuss non-invasive procedures like botox to reduce the masseter muscle or minor procedures like buccal fat removal for Vline.
Thanks for info MissO. I guess there would be bleeding.
I don't get it, why would an OR in these clinics have a basic crash cart with a defibrillator at the very least so that incompetent doctors who don't know CPR 1O1 can resuscitate patients or try to before the ambos arrive. Heck I would even hire a defibrillator if there was one.
Why did the patient need GA for rhinoplasty? I thought most were done under sedation/twilight. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Most of the deaths seems to have occurred on the operating table so the Anesthesiologists training in Korea is questionable.
Read this story. MVP Plastic Surgery, Seoul, South Korea is NOT a good place! Please beware of MVP, Dr Choi, Elizabeth and Elleni https://www.mvpplasticsurgery.com/
Thanks for your update but to be fair fillers are NOT mean to last more than 6 months, 8 months if you are really, really lucky. However have the implant would save you a lot of money in the long run. Also you are lucky to have had no problem with the implant. You look amazing!!
Found this on TL. According to them their technique has no sagging. They have a special on during September and USD8800 but if you are a complex case or having a revision different rates will apply.
Oops SORRY I meant to reply to WangCherry. WangCherry you actually did not look that bad in the before, with makeup you could have done a lot. But I absolutely love your results.
This is an SMAS done by Dream. Nice work. KCouture's mother had her facelift there. They also did a MACS or mini lift on the younger girl presumably sagging post FC.
Hi no it's not new. Years ago it used to be marketed as 'Noble' surgery. Wonjin is blacklisted but they do a good implant. Item and many others do customised implants, they can use Gortex or other material. Item say their implants are securely fixed with a 3 pronged fixation points.
I hope ReneRene won't mind me posting her pics from her thread. She had her paranasal implant done at SM. She's satisfied with it. https://beautyhacker.com/threads/plastic-surgery-experience-in-korea-taiwan-sg.988876/
Note, I read a study a few people will not like the implant and it can be removed very easily. Some people say it distorts their smile so that's why it's important to get an implant customised to your face. Bon Qiu Qiu says Regen has all shapes and sizes. TL and Item say they customised theirs.
Lastly, a temporary fix with PDO thread lifts.
MissOrange as a doctor you have the luxury of going to train to self inject and buy the products to do this. We poor buggers have to pay minimum $1,000 twice a year. BTW a woman in Sydney, Australia this week went blind in one eye at a clinic. She was injected by a nurse.
Dr Downie explained that blindness can occur when an artery is blocked by the dermal filler if it is injected into one of the blood vessels in the skin around or under the eye.‼️‼️‼️
The filler goes back along that artery to one of the larger arteries around the eye where it can block off the blood vessels going to the eye, or inside the eye.‼️‼️‼️‼️
I posted this earlier on this thread. Paranasal implants.
Top one was inserted with her facelift. If you have research facelifts you will know that the nasalabial area is not that successfully addressed. Although I have seen some good results with thread lifts in that area.
Bottom is Bon Qiu Qiu's paranasal implant done by Dr Oh, Regen.
That's what I thought you had done but you seem to have had a very easy experience!!! The speed of your recovery is amazing. Congratulations. You so sound happy!!!
Exactly. Stitching is so fine and scarring (depending on your luck) is amazing- that’s how good it is. Usually you are cut just in front of your ears but following the curve of your ear and going on to the back of your head.
