It does suck but at the same time if you're coming from canada, the U.S, certain places in europe etc. you're still saving a ton of money by having the surgery done in korea. korean prices might be raising every year but it's not like surgery is getting cheaper anywhere else too
Wonjin, Grand and Pitangui. Another clinic called Golden View offers it too, never heard about the clinic until recently. http://www.goldenviewclinic.co.kr/ unfortunately website has no eng option but it has Chinese and Japanese.
Oh wow I didn't know you could have such major surgery the day after getting other work done
Is there a reason why you didn't get it all done at once? I was planning to get all the things I want done at once but one of the procedures (lip reduction) isn't really that common in Korea, so it limited my clinic choices. but now i'm thinking I can get the lip reduction done at one place then the other procedures the day after somewhere else hmmm
I recently got into an argument with my friend about getting PS in Korea. When I told him he was really against it and the main reason was cost. He told me by the time I book a flight (I'm coming from Canada), book hotel for 2+ weeks, shop (who can resist...!!!), pay the translator etc. that I'll end up spending around the same if not more compared to if I just got the surgery in Canada.
I'm not getting my entire face done I only really want a rhinoplasty, and I don't care where I sleep as long as it as a roof and bed lol. I've heard some clinics offer places where you can stay for pretty cheap?
I emailed a doctor I was greatly considering going to in Canada and the estimation for a rhinoplasty was $7.9k. Pretty sure that's much more than what good Korean surgeons charge...and even with flight, hotel, translator (some shopping ) I would be paying less...?
Also one more question has anyone heard about doing lip reduction in korea? From what I've seen most clinic websites don't have it listed for procedures they perform
So since people are saying most places charge more for oversea patients...let's say you go with someone living in Korea (like Zoe) and they do all the talking would you still get the discount? or can't you just say you're studying abroad in korea or something lol
Wow was surprised to learn 3500 - 5500 USD for a Rhinoplasty was considered high in Korea...here in Toronto it's generally 7k+ (and my friend thought that was low ) I wanna go!!
Has anyone heard of Seoul touch up? Looked through a ton of pages and I don't think I've seen anyone mention it yet http://www.seoultouchup.com/
