  1. Oh I see what you mean.... Maybe because I'm a guy and I can't really tell about the subtle things. I still wouldn't have figured it out until you mentioned it. Try to find another eye doctor that specifically can do revision.

I'd do nose revision elsewhere too. If you don't trust them 100%, then don't do it again. Not worth it at all.

If I were you I'd look at doing revision in America. I feel they are better at revision in general.

  2. Not sure if I can help, but honestly, I think your eyes are gorgeous. I wouldn't touch them, but maybe you see something we(I) can't with a few pictures. But I feel mesmerized looking at your eyes haha.

Your nose does indeed seem a bit crooked. I think you can get it fixed to what you want and yes, it's probably smarter (even if it is more expensive) to get it fixed in America. Be sure to give it time to heal before doing it a 3rd time! I hear Dr Donald Yoo and Dr Charles Lee are good with Asian Noses. Good luck!

  3. If you actually use your head a bit, you'll realize I never really concluded anything about anyone. I only made observations. I don't even know what "parameters of delusion" even means. Nor am I aware of a "jpp clinic". I did a quick search on the rhino chat and couldn't find any mention of head augmentation.
Also, I never got rhino revision.
Sadly in one post you managed to get so many things wrong...If you're going to be a hater, at least be a reasonable one.

  4. Aw no, offense taken. I understand your POV.

  5. First of all, thanks for a level-headed reply. I really appreciate that as not people do this on PF lately... Conveniently there's an "Orange Farm thread" that has popped up. It's probably more appropriate to talk about these things there. But yes, you are correct that if a surgery went successfully, people are likely to sing praises of their doctor within reason.

I have mentioned Jogak many times, but it was done on at most 3 different threads during the beginning of 2018 when I got this surgery. I rarely mention them anymore nowadays. I don't even reply to my "Head Augmentation" thread anymore as it is self sufficient unlike "How to look 20 as a 50 year old" thread. It's one thing to sing praises within a month of surgery and a completely different business to post delusional selfies of a 50 year old pretending to be a 20 year old and obsessively crediting a clinic months on to come in various threads.

  6. @MissOrange It's good that you have positive personal experiences with MVP. This is fine. And I'm glad to see that you have a handful of positive experiences from other members as well. Although I'm surprised that you were able to remember these members and refer to them so fast. One can only think you must value MVP so much have this knowledge. I'm not surprised as you often seem to mention MVP in majority of your posts recently.

But lets talk approximately real numbers. Lets say in a Day Dr Seo does 4 surgeries give or take. That means in a week he'll do 20 surgeries (4 x 5 weekdays discounting weekends). In a month he'd do 80 surgeries. So in an entire year he does 80 * 12 = 960. We can round this down to 900 just to be conservative.
I don't know how long he's been in practice. Can we estimate 10 years? In that case he's done about 9000 surgeries not including his internships and studies and assistant times.

Out of 9000 surgeries, you've given a personal example of yours and 5 other PF members assuming they haven't been paid off/offered discounts to write reviews (which happens on PF)...assuming they haven't changed their minds after 100% healing over time and have forgotten or not cared to update their reviews. That's a total of 6 positive reviews...a 0.000666% sample size is insignificantly small. if you claim that Dr Seo has performed 100% successfully on all 9000 of his surgeries then I'm sure he would've been world famous. Models, celebrities, and actors around the world would adore him and he'd be praised as a jewel of the Korean PS industry. I wouldn't have to just hear about him from you alone.

I think you get the point here. The correct answer is that its difficult to know what to expect with regards to Plastic Surgery especially in a foreign country like Korea. There is high risk here and the best way to proceed differs from people to people. Actually a good strategy is to avoid PS when you can entirely.

  7. ^TBH, MVP wasn't all that great in my opinion and from what others have told me. Perhaps the experience was different for you. I had a minor procedure there which went fine, but I'd be damned if I went there for a major eye procedures like lateral canthoplasty, eye lift, blepharoplasty, or ptosis correction on both eyes or anything like that. MVP had the exact same shadiness the other big clinics had and my consult with Seo lasted for about 5 min.

  8. Well, rhinoplasty is a big surgery. And I wouldn't want to do any big surgeries in Korea with the popular clinics that offer them. However, I give exceptions to things like genioplasty, 2Jaw, or Vline at dental clinics and things like head augmentation at small/specialized clinics like Jogak. You get to actually build relationships with the doctors in your consultations.

If you can find small clinics like these that specialize and give solid results for rhinoplasty and eye surgeries (I haven't found any) then by all means go for it. And, don't tell me about Cocoline and Teium because they suck in my opinion.

  9. English is actually not that much of an issue. Korea is adapting and there are quite a bit of English signs in the streets right next to Korean ones.

Also, in general, I too wouldn't go to have surgeries in big hospitals in Korea. Smaller clinics that specialize like the Dental Clinics (TFD, EU, etc) are nice for Facial contouring, but otherwise, I'd avoid the big/medium clinics. I'd never do any rhinoplasty of any sort in Korea.

  10. ^You should read why I wrote carefully. I said I took their 2nd package where you can do things yourself. I never once revealed my full name and DOB to MySeoulSecret (info needed to operate as an agent). They didn't know about my clinic of choice until hours before the actual surgery...when all bargaining and payment was done.

They offered this package precisely to those that hate involving 3rd party agencies into the mix. Also, the staff is composed of internationals and Koreans who were raised in the west. So they seemed trustworthy to me...not that I don't trust a local Korean, but as a foreigner in Korea, yeah, I trust fellow foreigners a bit more.

  11. Yeah, so MySeoulSecret had a second option where you can DIY (Do it yourself). I found clinics on my own and never told them about it until the day of surgery. Their purpose is to act a guide like give you instructions on how to get to your airbnb/hotel from the airport. Nice restaurants, shopping centers, etc. They're also willing to legally help if it comes to that with regards to PS and make sure your surgery went well by following up. Also, they have nice knowledge about PS industry. Try getting in contact with them and ask him about their services. For this, I think I paid $150 USD or something like that.

  12. @mlydzz Hey, so actually looks like I uploaded them but somehow only I can see the pics.

Actually I'll keep it this way. I plan on investing in Instagram and possibly Youtube in the future. The last thing I want is pictures of me on the internet circling back to haunt me later on.

Also, I tend to be very brutal with my critique on clinics. In case there may be grounds of slander that I'm not aware of, I'd rather not expose my pics.

However, if you are a part of the Korean PS KakaoTalk group, I've posted my pics there as after a certain time, those pics cannot be downloaded. I've received positive compliments on my chin improvement.

  13. Oh my god I am so sorry. This is the worst. Honestly even my own state of mind dropped by reading this. Not too long ago I suggested to my friend @peri.winkle to check them out because I really believed in them. I'm glad she followed her instincts and didn't chose GNG on my advice...though she was pretty close. I could never forgive myself if she chose GNG and ended up disfigured like this. I too went to Korea earlier this month for FC, and I did have GNG on my list until I removed them recently after receiving similar insider knowledge.

You've saved a lot of future patients by posting this. Thank you and God bless. I'm sure you can bounce back from this. Have you looked into Juvederm voluma jaw filler injections? They can give the Angelina Jolie jaws for women and they are a cheaper alternative. Downside is that you'd need to invest in this for the rest of your life every 2 years or so until they invent a safe permanent filler that binds to the bone.

  14. Thanks guys!
Yeah sorry...I didn't upload pictures of my eyes on purpose because I plan to invest on myself in Instagram. I wanted to put as little as I can of myself out in the wild Internet before it bites me back later on lol. That's why I'm scared to post. But honestly, the 2 mm incision is a small change but it makes all the difference to make my eyes look symmetrical. Just believe me! lol.
