They don’t do vline in Europe

 

Apparently only Korea can do it whitout braces but it also depends how is your bite

 

I think tfd is safer and conservative but eudental better for dramatic results

Tfd is the cheapest and very popular
Other ones not much reviews but that does not mean they are less skilled

Two Jaw would give your the best result because your face is long and it seems like you have an over or under bite
But it’s a huge surgery
You could have a good result with genioplasty too
It’s up to you

 

They will know for sure it’s impossible for them not doing test about that
I recommend your friend not hiding it

Opera I just know they did fake review
And Regen i have seen a botched vline X-ray, a girl also did a huge review about Regen saying to never go there because she had the worst experience..
so I would say maybe try opera... never heard any botched case from them
