  1. Thanks. The endotine lift scars on my hairline have completely disappeared and the hair has already grown back on the scar line....With regards the the anchoring endotine pins located on the scalp just behind the hairline those anchor pins i cannot see them at all but when i press on the skin yes i can feel them, ONLY and ONLY when i press the area where the anchor pins are. They take 12-18 months to completely dissolve. I personally want them to take 18 months to dissolve so that the lifting effect can last more than 7years. The longer the endotine take to dissolve the longer the lifting effect lasts. The lifting time range is 7 - 10yrs provided a person is aging slowly and lives a healthy lifestyle. So you can imagine a person who spends time in the sun + drinks heavily + smokes a lot will age so much quicker and no amount of anti-aging can help and probably the effect of endotine will maybe last 3 - 5yrs lol lol lol lol

  2. Hi ALL - 5 MONTHS update.
Its been 5 months since my op and i must say i am HAPPY. In the pics there is no filter, no make contour. Just pure unfiltered results. Super happy with choosing GNG

  3. It’s been 3 months since my surgery. All I can say I am grateful for choosing GNG Hospital. I wanted a smaller nose and I had low expectations of the results based on the complexity of my birth nose.

The results I got from GNG over exceeded my personal expectations. When I compare my before and 3 months post op I keep getting shocked at how my nose has transformed yet it’s naturally looking.

Each time people I know see me they say I look good and they say they can’t tell what it is that makes me look good lately but whatever it is I must keep doing it. Here is what I say “oh it’s lots and lots of facials” lol lol lol lol.

Will post 5-6 months post op results.

  4. Side of 6 weeks

  5. Here is a 6 weeks post op update. I’m LOVE my results. I’m extremely happy with my results and I’m healing ok. The swelling is on and off. I was warned by GNG that the first 3 months the swelling will be persistent so nothing unexpected I guess. I would make the same decision over again to choose GNG and choose Dr Seong (rhino) and Park (endotine forehead lift)..... looking forward to the next 6 weeks .

  6. Thanks dear. I hardly eat take outs the lines of Mac Donald’s etc. I eat home cooked meals which mostly consist of pics you see here. I train 5 times a week makes 90km per week (56miles) and included in that is 3 times a week strength training. One got to defy aging. I’m 37 years old by the way. I have an insta page but it’s a personal one which I post my food and training. The food you see here is all made by me.

  7. Lol . I run marathons and ultra marathons as a hobby and I’m generally 54kg in weight. I stopped running in April and pigged out to gain 6kgs so when I was there I was 60kgs. The doctor still said I’m too thin. So he was forced to take fat from my thigh because I carry zero fat on my abdomen naturally. I’m one of those minimal fat on the upper body and tiny waist (without any waist line training just naturally like that) and bottom slightly thick but at 54kgs weight I look ok and don’t look weird

  8. I agree the needle is super tiny. More especially where they do FG under the eye and thats why they call the under eye area "Nano FG" because they use an tiny needle and takes time to do that area. For the other facial parts they use "Micro Needle" slightly bigger but still smaller than average needles we know.

  9. Day 23 Post Op Update: When i left SK, the doctors told me there will be swelling yo-yo going on my face from day 1 - day 90 (ie 3 months) then from 3 months on wards the swelling yo-yo will stop and there will be a progressive deswelling process starting as opposed to a swelling yo-yo effect. Guys, I can say that the swelling yo-yo is real, its no joke  . Today I woke up this morning 23 days post op with a full face swelling even my eyelids are puffy and i look like i was crying all night which i wasn't lol... My eye colour is even slightly brown today and no longer white in used  . Mind you on Saturday 21 days post op my swelling was looking so minimal. Note the general day to day swelling is not only on the nose, its the nose + immediate surrounding areas of the nose ie the malar, the cheeks area where alar is located and upper mouth area hence the upper lip is "frozen". From someone who doesn't know me they will say i have a full fat baby face but for those that know me they say im a little chubby faced lol so its that "oh my goodness, lets all run away" kind of shocking swelling. No that kind of swelling i experienced it between day 1 - 5 post op. Its winter here in my country and im starting to sneeze a lot. I have figured out how to channel most of my sneezing through my mouth but there is still residual sneezing that goes through my nose. I reached out to GNG and the Doc said technically it should be ok BUT to be very cautions its best i get over the counter anti-histamines just to keep the sneezing under control. Doc said i should avoid sneezing where possible and also avoid full blast nose blowing until 6 weeks post op which is when the nose structure should be solid enough to start to handle the pressure that comes with sneezing and nose blowing. Im now 3 weeks so 3 weeks more to go  so until i reach 6 weeks post op i shall continue sneezing and blowing my nose like royalty lady (hahahahahaha).... by royalty lady nose blowing i mean heavy exhaling though my nose and not the typical nose blowing hahaha

  10. Genetics play a role in one’s healing and scaring. I have bruises under my eyes like someone has beaten me up. Yet another girl who did exactly the same thing as me by same doctor her bruises disappeared after 10 days while me I’m on day 21 and with bruises. This is not a shock to me because I haven’t known all my life that I bruise very easily and the bruises take loooong to disappear. I bruised myself in Feb this year on my thigh and the bruise finally disappeared end June. So it took about 4 months for my thigh bruise completely 100% to disappear.

  11. Guarantee is a lifetime. Fat graft scars - I’m just 21 days post op so your question is too premature for me answer because everything will be scared now even my alar. I have a medical background, so it takes a minimum of 3 months for a superficial scar to start to fade even an acne / pimple scar. The human skin needs at least 2-3 skin turnover cycles for scar to start to fade and each cycle is 28-30 days. So expecting to see no scar after 1 month is expecting the impossible. Even from those celebrities that pore / dot you see it’s an unfair judgement of results because the human body still needs to fix that and human body takes time to resolve those issues and for some people scaring can even take 6 months to fade and some people 3 months. It all depends on genetics and one can’t blame doctors for a person’s genetics  .

  12. Well I can’t feel anything meaning I can’t feel that I have something in me. Yes there is a revision policy that is fair. When I say fair I mean if it’s a botch they will revise for free but if it’s not a botch and you just don’t like the shape then they are open for discussions to work out something with you but you will pay something though but not original price. It’s written on the paperwork I signed. About Fat graft. I like it and I also can’t feel there is a foreign thing in me. I personally don’t like using any non-human material in me as I believe I’m better off with my own tissue for obvious reasons. Even with medication I prefer to take human antibodies shot (beriglobin shot) to boost my immune system than take pills. Where I don’t have a choice of using autologous tissue or substance then of course I will take the only option i have even if it’s non-human but i try to go as autologous as possible. But it’s really your choice what suits you.

  13. I did the following: 2mm donor rib cartilage bridge raise (I had a good enough bridge and I wanted natural results), lateral osteo, alar reduction, septal cartilage tipplasty, 3 functional surgeries to open up my nasal passages. Note I didn’t have any fictional deformities but I had super tiny nasal passages by birth and they basically did functional surgeries to enhance my nasal passages and not correct correct deformities.

  14. 7-10years. Range is dependent on lifestyle and genetics of ageing. Lifestyle being bad eater, smoker, drinker, soo much sun bathing, lack of exercises, bad lifestyle habits that speed up ageing process. Genetics = dome people age quicker than others.

  15. Behind the hairline where no one sees it. Yesterday I looked to see how the healing is going on the incision. I noticed a very thin line where the incision was made behind the hair line. Note the doctor used staples and not stitches so that I don’t have bad scaring hence it’s a neat very thin line kind of a thing at the moment. Apparently that line will go away with time. Im only day 18 post op at the moment. Healing process is still underway.

  16. Thanks hey. Oh the endotine forehead lift made my eyes so beautifully open and removing that "tired" look and removed the droopiness and i LOVE the results!! Im getting comments like "You look so fresh"....."You look so happy and your face has life"......"What facials are you doing?" hahaha the facials comments made me laugh....

  17. 15 days post op update with before and after pics

It’s been 15 days since my surgery. It’s been a rough ride when it comes to recovery. Like I said the first 3 days are horrific and the following 4 days leading completing a 7 days period are bearable. At the moment I’m recovering well and just the stiff nose thing I’m experiencing which it will resolve itself with time as its part of nose recovery.

Before the surgery I had small nasal passages but with perfect nasal structures ie no deviated septum, no abnormalities…..HOWEVER I had a big and wide nose outside while inside my nose, my passages where tiny. The doctor said looking at my internal nose 3D scan if he shrunk the nose outside anaesthetically then due to my internal small nasal passages I will be risking having breathing problems post the anaesthetic surgery. Because GNG specialises in both ENT functional and anaesthetic surgeries we (me and Dr Seong) decided it’s best to perform 3 functional surgeries in addition to the anaesthetic surgery. Post performing my functional surgeries when I take a deep breath I can actually feel the air hit the back of my throat and this is something I have never ever felt before ie pre-functional surgeries and imagine I’m only 15 days post op and my nose is still swollen both externally and internally.

I am VERY happy with my results both functional and anaesthetic surgeries. To be honest when the cast was taken off I was like “WHAT” (happy shock). I didn’t expect to see what I saw. I had really wide nasal bones and really thick skin, I mean the way my skin is so thick the doctor thought I had done fillers and I have never did. I provided the doctor with a wish pic and he said he is going to apply the face golden ratio + copy the shape of the wish pic + customise the shape to suit my face + paste. Basically he wasn’t just going to copy and paste. He copied, customised to suit my face and pasted J…Right now when I meet friends and family they say my face looks slim and ask if I have lost weight and ask if I have lost weight lol. Some even said there is something about me that is glowing and I have a “fresh and energised look” – these are the exact words that were said to me by friends and family, so that how fitting my nose it to my face.

I wanted to thank GNG for everything and they made my surgeries worth it despite the pain which they cant do anything about it lol except support me emotionally and give me medication lol:

The staff: they were amazing and took care of me with everything I needed.

Dr Seong: He performed my nose surgeries both functional and anaesthetic surgeries

Dr Park: He performed the under eye and nasolabial folds stem cell fat graft and endotine forehead lift

Jay: The GNG translator, he was so helpful in concierge services like where to eat, how to get around in Kr, ordering food while in hotel recovery etc.

Hailey: GNG English consultant, she was so helpful in being the interlock between me and the hospital with regards to post care services and talking to doctors.

Seul-Ha: GNG Korean consultant – I call her Barbie doll J. She is soooo cute and extremely nice….

Oh I saw the both my doctors every 2-3 days post op until I left Kr and I received de-swelling treatment every day post surgeries and Vitamin IVs to boost recovery.
