Agree with what's already been mentioned here, but also I've heard that some clinics will give a flat discount (15-30%) if you pay with cash.

Hi! I'm planning to go to Korea this September. I'm very type A so I've tried my best to do cursory research but I still am not completely comfortable with what I know/don't know. I've had surgery in the past that did not go as I wanted because I was too go with the flow. Now I'm here haha.
