I think the surgery options themselves are amazing when you find the right doctor. The trouble is though, that these can eventually form again and look worse over time as you have less skin every time you get work done under your eyes. You have to be mindful of that and work with a doctor that truly understands.
I am not up to speed with the clinic you mentioned but I have heard of it, not the doctor though. In passing it seems like a decent clinic.
You don't have to settle with just one. Keep that in mind. Contact all of the ones you feel comfortable with.
In most cases, they will respond fairly quickly and you can get better insight about the doctors, clinics, prices, procedures, etc. first hand instead of relying on what someone says online. You can find some more direct experiences in the forum's Discord or browse experiences on places like Reddit... but again, first hand knowledge is best. Just contact them.
