I think it is fine to have them inform you as well as show you the quality of work done. But not every surgery is going to be a good one. I think most people tend to be happy though when they choose to get work done in Korea.

This. You have to understand that this sort of surgery only offers a temporary fix and in some cases it can't be repeated. So once the sagging returns, it is there for good. You would have to get looked over by a surgeon to know if it would be a good surgery or not.

It depends on what you are after. Lipo or Brachioplasty. Lipo is easier and invasive. Recovery time is faster too. Brachioplasty surgeries take more time, are more costly, and the recovery time can be awhile. You can also look into CoolSculpting or Thermage if you want a non-surgical option.
