You are having a hard time because that is a large area where I would say 70% of the clinics are. If not more. You will end up spoiled for choice if you don't narrow it down even more. What sort of surgery are you looking to get? I know you want a natural look but you don't mention which surgeries you are looking at.

I wouldn't say they are "new" but they have become trendy. I have seen more and more people talk about them online in the last 2 years, mostly coming out of Korea.

I think that is common these days. Something like botox for example, which is a non-surgical option, will be offered even at high-end PS clinics.

I have been looking into dental and jaw options in Korea for corrective work. The EverM Dental Clinic comes up a lot so I thought I would ask about it here. I am not entirely sure if I am getting accurate information for it or not. Some things I read say it is a plastic surgery clinic while others say it is an OMFS (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) clinic. I am looking for, what I am assuming for the work I want, and OMFS.

I agree with this. I am always suspicious of these sorts of clinics. The only ones I ever have gone to even locally that have one doctor are dentists. As long as you do your research and check for credentials it should be fine though. I don't like to scare people away from getting work done in Korea.

I am the same way!! It seems like the driest part of the year is the months people are mentioning. I don't know if they do long form or long-range weather forecasts for Korea but they might and you can get a better idea of how the weather will be in a few months.

I follow the r/KoreaSeoulBeauty subreddit for research purposes and remember seeing Note PS do a Q&A of sorts on there last year I think it was. @bellazen it can't hurt to check out stuff like that when researching. I don't participate in this community, just use it for reading. I prefer forum formats.

So you are looking for a rejuvenation clinic more so than a surgical one? I understand not wanting to get any work done that requires surgery. My first time I was mess! As long as you know these sorts of treatments aren't as good or as long lasting, you can get decent results. Just don't think you will get surgical results from a non-surgical approach is all I am saying. Anyways, I don't really research much into these types of clinics but I have seen good things from the Dr. Gowoonline Clinic. You can add that one to your list of clinics to look into more.

@mariemarieis right about the botox injections. Tons of people, especially women have seen success with it. The red light therapy works too but from what I understand, the results aren't as good but still decent. I think most people notice 30% regrowth.

I was going to say similar. If there is a market for it, they will have clinics for it. Most people do not seek to reverse these changes because they are happy or they end up getting more surgeries as they go through their journeys.

I remember reading it is recommended to take 6 weeks off work if your job requires labor. So depending on how long you are in Korea, you should probably plan for an extra week or two once back home to rest

Aside from maybe botox injections and red light therapy, everything with hair regrowth is super expensive. I would think it would be cheaper considering how common it is. Especially for men. I do know a fair amount of females that experience thinning though, especially before the age of 40 these days.

I think this is most countries. I just assume that even CBD oil is not okay even though it isn't always a drug form. I have gotten in trouble for having beauty products with hemp in them! So it is worth stating that.

I am not 100% but I believe this is the kind of surgery a friend of mine had and it took her 4 months to heal. She was told it had been fully healed at that point. Everyone is different though.
