Clinic for male breast reduction?

I lost a fair bit of weight using ozempic and while I am happy to be slimmer again, I am self-contentious about my sagging "moobs". I don't know what else to call them. I had a fair amount of fat in my chest so now it just looks terrible. I can't afford to do this surgery locally, my sister recommended going out of the country for it. Korea seems to be the cheapest option so I am trying to find a clinic that does this.

It would probably help to use "Gynecomastia Reduction" when looking around. That is the medical term.
