What complications can happen after under eye fat repositioning and are they common?

I have never had any extensive work done. Just a but of botox and some lasering. I am looking into fixing my eye issue but I am a bit concerned about risks.

I saw some pictures that have me paranoid. Looking for reassurance before I book anything.

I believe this is considered one of the lower risk procedures. You can end up with some bruising and swelling but it usually only lasts a week or two. I also read/heard of blurred vision and dry eye complaints but again, they only last a few weeks at most. Vision loss is probably the worst risk but is extremely rare. Risks like that are seen in people that have had multiple surgeries by the way.

I believe you are sedated for this so medical complications could arise from that. Very important to get your heart checked before getting anything done that requires you to be put under as it can stop your heart!

I have had something very similar to this done. 

This is one of the most common surgeries in Korea so the risks are low given how experienced doctors are. If you have any concerns, reaching out to one might help ease some stress and worry.
