Review red flags that they are fake or suspicious?

I am terrible and figuring out if reviews are legit or not. I have been duped a number of times with buying items online. So when it comes to something more serious, like plastic surgery, I don't want to be falling for fake reviews. What are some red flags I should look for when reading through them?

I think when a clinic only has positive reviews. I think negative reviews are inevitable, and when there are none at all, it's a bit sketchy.

Look for people using the same keywords. This is more obvious when you are looking at English reviews and Korean ones. You can use [ctrl] + [F] on your keyboard and search for terms and words on any website.
