I have not found a clinic online that doesn't! The key is that they offer them online via video chat. If you have to actually go in or want to, that is usually when they charge but they only charge you if you get the surgery, they just add it to the final bill. I know this can be confusing for a lot of people. Also do not expect a free online consultation to be as personal and in depth. Expect maybe 15 to 20 minutes tops. If you want something that is a bit more detailed and personal, you will likely have to pay or find a very high end clinic.

I want to share something just in case you are not aware. It really depends on genetics and age but... A friend of mine was on these weight loss shots too. She lots so much weight so quickly, she had skin sagging and issues as well. She knew it would be awhile before she could get in to a surgeon to fix things so she just started putting money aside for when she would eventually get some work done. This was about a year ago and her skin has bounced back. She is 42. She has minimal sagging, her skin is much tighter, and she looks amazing. It just took her body time to fix the issue. One thing she was doing was making sure she got enough vitamin C daily, drinking plenty of water, and she would rebound 10 minutes a day. So it might be worth waiting and seeing if your skin adjusts first.

Something I have been considering for a long time now is getting a hair transplant. The issue is, they are fairly expensive and because I am a women, the doctors tend to be limited. Women tend to suffer from diffuse hair loss which means it is all over. I have lost about 50% of my hair since my teens and it is really sad for me. My hair was never super thick but it always covered my scalp. Now, I see so much scalp even when my hair is dry. I looked unto a few clinics for the process. The steps seem right and the recovery time lines up with what I have read online. The before and afters are limited however and I am not seeing any for women. They clearly treat women though as you can see on the page. So my concern is that because I am a woman and may continue to experience hair loss with age, that I won’t be someone they would treat because the likelihood of a poor outcome and results. I read online a lot of women get turned away unless they have severe cases of hair loss that resembles a man’s. I know I can just spend a lot less and get a topper of real human hair which is something I have also considered but I would prefer to not have to deal with that. I would like to have my hair covering my scalp again at the very least. I have not been able to find the cost of hair transplants, at least not on this website. I am wondering if anyone here has gotten a hair transplant or is planning one. I want to know other’s experiences, especially if there are women who have or plan on having it done.

I have heard good things for both clinics but I have also heard mixed and some bad experiences. I guess this depends on what you need done and who you work with? Don't both clinics have multiple doctors as well?

I tried to search for this using AI and nothing came up. I am not sure if the clinic does anything for rosacea or not. I'll keep looking!

Ablative lasers like mentioned above can be tricky. You will look and feel it for weeks. I'd recommend non-Ablative Lasers: Fraxel, ResurFX, or IPL. Healing time is under 10 days, sometimes 5 days depending on what you have done. You see results faster and you don't have to worry about sensitive skin for weeks.

I see a lot of people talk about this online but I want to get an idea of what the key differences are. Like for someone looking for a mid-sized clinic, I see a lot of mentions for NOTE Plastic but when it comes to larger clinics, often refereed to as factory size or just factory clinics, people mention AB Plastic or JK Plastic. Can someone explain what the differences are outside of the size? Are there any costs differences? Is one better than the other for foreigners?

I think this sounds like a good idea. Even if you don't need the extra time, it helps to get to know the area before you go under the knife. You don't want to be lost or confused and have bandages all over you face, making it harder to talk to people!

When it comes to Korea, you want to look for places that offer Pico laser and Fractional laser treatments. They also do microneedling as a secondary treatment but you can get that locally and cheaper so I wouldn't worry about that!

I thought that boutique clinics were concierge or had a membership model? Maybe they mean something else different over there. I am not entire sure what the differences are unless it is just what you said there... They feel more like a spa than a hospital. That actually sounds like. Look for people using the same keywords. This is more obvious when you are looking at English reviews and Korean ones. You can use [ctrl] + [F] on your keyboard and search for terms and words on any website.

All sorts. Simple face lifts is an example. There is nothing really to check outside of if the healing process is going well. The skin takes care of itself. They most just check the healing process, bruising, and if there are any signs if infection.

Yes, I have heard of clinics doing that. It is much easier to manage patient needs when you have separate days for what is handled. I wouldn't be shocked if most clinics do this but if they have multiple doctors, people wouldn't notice. As they would always have some doctors doing surgery and others doing appointments.

As far as I know they follow WPATH protocols and do not have anything for "reversing" these surgeries. Some of them can't be reversed at all. I would imagine if there is a trend for it, they will adapt for those trends but most people that get these surgeries seem to be happy with their results and have no regrets

They should all be willing to speak with possible patients. It is a red flag IMO if they don't. But you have to keep in mind that time and schedule factors in here. The doctors are very busy!

I actually got declined (in the US) when I was younger. The reason being that the doctor did not want to do the work I wanted because he felt I was too young for it! Some doctors will warn off younger people if they think a surgery would cause more aging in the future. He told me to wait 10 years so I did. I do not regret it.

I have heard of these and in fact my sister uses a pink one. I don't know if that is jade or rose quartz. It might be the latter. Either way, she uses it to put on her serum and swears it makes a difference for her. I will have to get one and try it out. I didn't know this was a Korean beauty trend!

I understand wanting to find the best doctor but even then, these are k-pop artists. They are Korean. Unless you are Korean or some other Asian ethnicity, you would want to find a doctor that specializes in western bone structure.

I will be honest, this kind of information is often hidden. Doctors won't say anything and the stars that get work done usually don't want people to know. That being said, it is rumored that a number of K-Pop starts have gone to Dream Medical Group/SNSD Clinic. Dr. Jaegwon Wang at Oracle Clinic is said to be one that has worked on a number of them. Again, these are just rumors!

I always tell people to confirm the doctors on the official site to make sure they are registered and legit. When you find a clinic you like and a doctor you think would be good, verify before even contacting them. Either way this is great information!

It depends on the surgery. Just ask the doctor or clinic, they will be able to tell you what to expect in terms of recovery time. Some people don't need anything beyond a check-up a few days after and can go home. Others need a week or two for check-ups before they should go home.
