alisaw Posted July 24 Posted July 24 I am terrible and figuring out if reviews are legit or not. I have been duped a number of times with buying items online. So when it comes to something more serious, like plastic surgery, I don't want to be falling for fake reviews. What are some red flags I should look for when reading through them? Quote
itsericcc Posted July 25 Posted July 25 I think when a clinic only has positive reviews. I think negative reviews are inevitable, and when there are none at all, it's a bit sketchy. Quote
pinkdaisyz Posted July 25 Posted July 25 Look for people using the same keywords. This is more obvious when you are looking at English reviews and Korean ones. You can use [ctrl] + [F] on your keyboard and search for terms and words on any website. Quote
beachybabe Posted Wednesday at 02:10 PM Posted Wednesday at 02:10 PM You can look up reviews on sites and clinics on Reddit. I tend to do this. But you have to be aware that they can bot things on there too. It is almost always caught though these days. 1 Quote

Reddit is pretty useful when it comes to finding and spotting scams but I have seen groups on there fall for them as well. That is the trouble. Especially with AI now where images can be doctored further beyond the surgery to look better than they are... Or people can just be generated to look like patients. It is a mess out there! Quote
