Hey! Does anybody know if fat graft can help with sagging skin? I have had several laser sessions done to treat mild acne scarring and improve general skin health but they have caused my face to sag and lose volume (2 months ago Nd Yag laser and Radiofrequency, 1 month ago Fraxel). Im crying my eyes out since then cause I have aged like 10 years in 2 months and my natural beauty is now ruined..
Please if anybody knows anything it would be great help

<Before>
I am a housewife whod had rhinoplasty and fat graft. I used to hear that I am quite pretty. By the way, I focused on infant care after marriage, my face suddenly looked old..TT…
Especially, I was kind of depressed whenever I met my friends who look younger than me.
I just had too much stress. Actually I thought about forehead implant, but it was burdensome for me. After I worried about the surgery continually, I decided to have full face fat graft and rhinoplasty. The reason I had round tip of nose that I got a rhinoplasty with fat graft.

<1 Months Later>
At the first time after surgery, I fussed with my swelling, but I went down slowly 10 days later.
By having face graft, my skin become tightening and my face look life. ^_^
The left swelling went down well 1 month later and nose also became high naturally.
I also have confidence a lot since my friends said that I become more pretty~
I often take a picture myself and I’m really satisfied with my face.
The more time passes, the more my face will become natural. However, I just want to leave it as it is…hihihi

<6 Months Later>
It is totally looking natural as 6 months later. I like my nose line like this is my original nose!
I like my side view and there is more volume.
I often hear that I look more younger than before surgery.
The more I look my nose, the more it looks natural!
I think my surgery is well done rather than other friends who had surgery in other clinics.

<1 year ago>
It seems that the inserted fat is absorbed rather than the first time, but I still like my
volume. I miss that fat graft is not permanent…TT
I’m so happy that I changed a lot comparing with 1 years ago.
Nobody look me as auntie. They are surprised at my age. I have confidence after I
became pretty. I never regret to have surgery~!

Sounds like you had a great experience

How much fat do you estimate has survived? More or less than 50% ?

And also which clinic did you go to(which doctor) ?

This is exactly 1 year later.. I have still fat on my face about 50%..
I like my face volume still. BTW degree of survived fat is different depending on the people..cuz my friend just has less than 50%..
I had surgery View plastic surgery.... and the doctor's name is Taek Kyun Kim....
Due to rhinoplasty, I have natural volume..
I gonna go there to have fat graft again haha..

Hi guys . I am thinking of going to Seoul for facial fat grafting early next year . I had a rhinoplasty at Dream with dr.Park and quite satisfied . So looks like I am going back there again.

Could anyone here please recommend me other clinics and which specialist that does really good facial FG?

Good means the specialist can place the FG at the right places ( according to your expectation ) and his/her techniques improve the fat survival.

Hmm thanks, but I guess this is a kind of a thread lift so it will not last more than a year.. I'm looking for something more permanent and drastic..

I have done FG six months ago with no top up and the fats has since subsided, especially my cheeks and forehead. I am now considering Juvederm or Radiesse filler. Anyone has done fillers with good results? How long they last?

I think a cleverly placed fat graft along with some acculift will help..

Has anyone done fat grafting in Korea but now needs touch up? I need fat grafting to my flat cheeks and around eyes but wondering if i should stick with fillers here in europe if fat grafting is unpredictable or if you need multiple sessions

Just had my fat graft done 2 days ago and want to head out for a stroll now. I was told not to press down on those areas where I had fat trasnferred. I am wondering if it's ok to wear mask?
