mikemexis Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Can anyone tell me what a V-line surgery is? I am not sure what a V-line surgery is. I think it is a chin+jaw surgery that is what i have read here on the forum, but people are saying different things that is why i am so confused.... I am thinking of doing it instead of doing just a chin implant, because i have a small chin+jaw and i want to have a larger and a marked chin+jaw area to get a more masculine feature.

It is better for me to do two separate operations to increase the size of the jaw and to get a larger and marked chin so it will result in a more masculine facial feature? If its recommended to do the operations separately so that i can get my results, i will do the two operations (jaw surgery+chin implant) instead of doing a V-line surgery if it will end up by doing my jaw smaller and my facial feature more feminine.
